Flow

This series was completed in 2010 and explored the idea of Flow. These works evolved out of the previous series of work, Celebration, that involved intricate detailing and imagery. These, however, are energetically more free flowing with expressionistic and abstract strokes and concepts. These works led into the next series where the concept of Flow turned into Light.

The mediums used here is a combination of oil on canvas and board, metallic powders, molding paste, ink and gold leaf. These are large paintings, largest being 6ft x5ft.
